In 1991, 2004, 2007, 2009 various divers researching and exploring the Sawmill Sink and Dan’s Cave, blue holes, in Abaco and other blue holes like the Stargate blue hole in Andros and Dean’s Blue Hole in Long Island found incredible evidence of fossils dating back to the Late Holocene period that began around 12,000 B.C., just after the massive ice and glaciers from the last ice age had started to melt.
